ENDOWMENT
The settlers named above are desirous of creating an endowment by setting a part and establishing a trust of Deity which shall be called “ VED MATAGAYATRI BAIJANTRI SHAKTI PITH TRUST” Sudhakar Ashram at Patwa, P.O. Shripather via – Punsia, P.S. Dhoraiya, Dist. Banka, Bihar India for the public religious charitable objects and purpose in India as well as out of India throughout the world countries here in after expressed.
The all trustees have at the request of settler Truster No. 1 Sri Chandra Shekhar Mishra agreed to act as trustees of these present upon the terms and provisions here in after contained. The number of the trustee shall not in any way be less than nine and more than fifteen.
The setter Trustee No.1 Sri C.S. Mishra shall be the chief Trustee or chairman whatsoever may be called since his life time and after his death, his eldest son and thereafter other son according to age his death, his eldest son and thereafter other son according to age and thereafter eldest grandson and likewise shall be the chief trustee or chairman of the trust.
INDENTURE
In order to effectuate the said object of creating and and establishing a public religious and charitable trust, the settlers aforesaid have delivered to and mad over to trussteed a sum of rupees 25000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand ) initial capital amount only and following descripted immovable property of them to the trust these immovable property have been acquired by the joint family of the settlers in the names of settlers No. 2&3.

With intend to part with all their ownership right, title interest and possession and claim therein and vest the same to the trustees in the name of the trust who shall have to hold the same and the investment or investments for the time being representing the same and the investment or investment for the time being representing the same and all other properties may be for the time being represent the trust estate together with all additions assertions there to and all accumulated income thereof and all other property or properties that may be acquired out of the same or otherwise may herein after be subject to the trust here in after to as trust fund for the charitable objects and purposes and uses. Here in after express with the power and on the terms. And condition here in contained of and concerning the same.
The name of the trust shall be “VED MATA GAYATRI BAIJANTRI SHAKTI PITH TRUST” and the Head office of the said trust shall permanently be situated at Sudhakar Ashram Patwa, P.O. Shripathar Via – Punsia, P.S. Dhoraiya, Dist. Banka, Bihar.India
All and any of these trustees may open the branch office of this trust at any place, town either within India or abroad in any town or place of the world countries.
It will be within the competency of these trustees while opening branch office of the trust to remove of shift or close the same subject to prior permission from the head officer its chairman.
The above named settlers / Trustees No.1 to 4 without any threat, coercion fear from their free heart voluntarily and unanimously decided to donate the above mentioned immovable properties and initial capital amounting to rupees 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) and to install and establish the trust named above and so they made this deed as Regd. Endowment today in the name of above “Shakti Pith” and here in after all the trustees shall jointly be the owner, controller and manager of the trust and its present properties and future properties.
